Mysterious new girl

A new student was to arrive today in the gilt-edged finishing school, which was famous for two reasons, first, for the amiable and efficacious education and second, for the affluent clique of students in it. Every one was curious to know; who, how and where about the newbie, especially the boys, as it was known that the new novice was an American girl named Helen Stewart, who had come from Cleveland to San Francisco as her mother was promoted and transferred. Girls were also having their share of gossips. The "butter-flies" were imagining her appearance, geeks were hoping her to be a bookworm , musicians and dancing divas were discussing how her skills would be and so on and so forth. While most were busy wandering their own wish, Mrs Franklin- the class teacher, entered the room along with a beauteous black haired girl. Her dark brown big eyes, dusky complexion, streaked blue curls, everything was pulchritudinous  and yet mysterious, "she doesn't look American",whispered one. In her melancholic yet musical voice she introduced herself. Those brown eyes were seemingly concealing lot of stories. What were those stories was the query among all and still is, as the girl left the school the very next day. Many say, the girl was transferred to a different institution, near her mother's office, others say may be her family met with an accident and none of their relatives were still alive.
Helen is still the most favorite topic  to discuss around the water cooler, as many mouths, so many stories, but the truth was and is only known to her.
